Sales Desk Analyst (5721)

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Support & Pricing Operations Analyst to join our EMEA sales support team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative technology projects while providing vital back-office support to sales representatives in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main back-office contact for sales representatives across EMEA.
Generate and manage sales quotes and partner BOMs.
Promote and track sales opportunities across multiple systems.
Provide sales data insights: historical performance, pipeline status, and forecasting.
Liaise across departments to gather relevant information for the sales team.
Utilize salesforce (SFDC) and other tools to manage data, build reports, and maintain accuracy.
Support regional management with customized data requests and reports. What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales support or operations.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong service orientation and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage parallel requests under pressure.
Attention to detail and comfort working with data and CRM tools. Nice to Have:
Experience working with salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Background in sales operations or a similar support function.
A collaborative, communicative personality who enjoys being the go-to resource for a busy, high-impact team.
