IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT department and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, monitoring systems for Cyber security threats, and providing direction to support the organization's goals and objectives. In addition to strategic responsibilities, the role also requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations and project execution. In this role you will report to the Director of IT /IS, this role requires significant technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in addition to hands on capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Global functions of IT, Cloud and R&D Lab infrastructure, while ensuring 24/7 availability.
* Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
* Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for backups, disaster recovery, security administration, change control, operations, and network infrastructure..
* Assess, manage, and administer employee identity and access
* Manage our MDM and EDR solutions globally
* Manage IT software, hardware, and equipment inventory
* Provide Technical Support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and providing training and guidance as needed.
* Perform IT needs assessments, technology, and vendor selections, focusing on building best practices while controlling costs.
* Plan, implement and maintain information security strategy and policies to meet regulations, adequate market best practice such as ISO27001 and SOC2
* Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
* Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels
