Role Overview

At OurRitual, operations form the backbone of our success. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Working closely with the VP of Operations, you'll act as a hands-on problem solver and take ownership of key initiatives across the organization. Your mission: optimize processes, elevate customer experience, and ensure we're positioned for rapid growth—all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, optimize and implement scalable processes to support hyper-growth.
Lead and execute critical projects, with a focus on scaling the Support Team and enhancing the management of our Relationship Experts.
Tackle complex operational challenges such as:
Determining the optimal pace and location for onboarding new Relationship Experts.
Equipping the Customer Support team with tools to deliver exceptional service.
Seamlessly integrating additional payment solutions for our members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Strong strategic and analytical experience (consulting, operations, or a related field).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable narratives.
Proven operational expertise and a knack for process optimization.
Effective communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.
A "jack/jane-of-all-trades" mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.

Nice-To-Have-Skills

Experience in the healthcare sector or subscription services.
Familiarity with leveraging AI for operational improvements.
Start-up experience.
