What youll be doing:
Lead full product lifecycle from gathering operational needs to delivery and deploymentTranslate customer requirements into clear PRDs & MRDs.
Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams system, hardware, software, mechanical, QA.
Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-team alignment in a highly dynamic environment.
Be the product focal point for both internal stakeholders and defense clients.

Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering Mandatory.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager of multi-disciplinary systems (hardware/software/mechanics).
Proven experience working with R&D and engineering teams on complex technology products.
Experience in the defense industry or mission-critical systems a strong advantage.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
