Lead projects such as Loyalty Club, subscription programs, and implementation of new tools
Collaborate regularly with marketing, development, customer service, and operations teams
Analyze performance and recommend improvements (Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, etc.)
Manage product catalog, inventory, product descriptions, and User Experience
Troubleshoot technical issues with development teams and vendors
Responsible for CRO, A/B testing, and analytics interfaces
Synchronize e-commerce activities with marketing campaigns
3+ years of experience managing an e-commerce store
Experience leading digital projects in the D2C / B2C space
Strong familiarity with Shopify significant advantage
Deep understanding of CRO, UX, and analytics
Technologically oriented with the ability to manage multiple interfaces
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Excellent English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading)
Experience building customer clubs or loyalty programs
Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale
Background in digital marketing significant advantage
