Proactive monitoring and control of company expenses and revenues, identifying trends, analyzing variances, raising red flags, and providing strategic recommendations to meet financial goals
Playing a significant role in building and shaping the long-term business plan and the companys annual budget, developing complex financial models, and supporting the definition of business targets
Providing accurate forecasts and comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making
Proactively identifying cost optimization opportunities, leading projects to streamline and improve financial and operational processes that support profit growth
Preparing high-level business presentations, presenting complex financial data to senior company leadership and the board of directors, and leading strategic discussions
Guide, train, and develop team members, including mentoring
Playing a significant role in building and shaping the long-term business plan and the companys annual budget, developing complex financial models, and supporting the definition of business targets

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting - mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an organization, or as a Budget and Control Economist
Experience in market analysis and due diligence - an advantage
Proven track record in leading complex organizational and financial processes end-to-end
Managerial experience - significant advantage
Full proficiency in Excel and experience with BI systems (such as Power BI )
Excellent English skills are mandatory
Ability to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
