Join one of the fastest-growing premium cannabis and hemp DTC brands in the U.S.
We're hiring a full-time GM to lead and scale our Shopify-based DTC business. You'll own strategy and execution across paid media, email/SMS, CRO, Affiliate, influencer, UX, and fulfillmentwith full accountability for performance
Responsibilities:
Own P L, revenue, and margin goals
Manage Meta, Google TikTok ads
Oversee Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and campaigns
Optimize conversion, AOV, upsells, landing pages
Scale Affiliate /MLM programs
Lead influencer UGC efforts
Manage Shopify UX backend
Coordinate 3PL, fulfillment, and CX
Collaborate with creatives on campaigns
Requirements:
Scaled a Shopify DTC brand past $1M/month
Strong in Meta, Google, and Klaviyo
Experience launching Affiliate /MLM programs
Fluent in CAC, LTV, margins, payback
Fast, independent, results-driven
