Drive product production processes yield and performances
Manage NPI and DFx activities with full alignment on future products release and transferring to operation
Prepare engineering documents including: ECOs, ECPs, SPECs, SOW, Failure analysis reports, etc.
Interface with other functions such as production, supply-chain and R D
Support ATE activities internally and with subcontractors, including SPEC Preparation and QUAL
Lead root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with QA / R D on a regular basis
Lead the actions for Quality improvement
Collaborate with the QA team to support process-related validations for manufacturing, jigs, etc.
Set the yearly FPY, DOA KPIs and execute with the team
B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
Experience in NPI product transition to operation and close work with R D teams
Experience in engineering activities including debug, design and layout of PCBs
Strong knowledge in Digital and RF products including system and debug
Experience in supporting production processes
Experience in working with suppliers, subcontractors and contract manufacturers in multiple countries
Knowledge in operating TEST equipment: RF, Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, JTAG, etc.
Knowledge in ATE set ups, TEST HW and SW tools
Knowledge in design tools (hands on): Mentor Graphics, Xpedition Layout of Mentor Graphics, Solid Works, etc
Languages: Hebrew: Mother tongue; English: High level
