hands-on Applied LLM Researcher to join our mission to reinvent how trust is built between
companies.
Were seeking a pragmatic builder who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge LLM research and
real-world user impact. In this role, youll own AI-powered product features end to end from
clarifying the product needs, researching implementation approaches, and building production-ready
models, to ensuring they deliver value in the hands of users.
What Youll Do
Own NLP product features from concept to production: design, train, evaluate, and iterate on
models that power key user-facing functionality.
Design and deploy LLM-based solutions for reasoning, decision-making, agent orchestration,
computer-use and structured response generation
Research and validate LLM-driven approach

Requirements:
M.Sc. or higher specialized in AI LLM/ NLP from a leading university with a 90+ GPA
3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying NLP & LLM solutions.
Proven ability to move from a product problem to a working AI solution with real impact.
Proficiency in Python and ML tools (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Solid understanding of modern LLM capabilities, limits, and best practices.
Experience with Machine Learning fundamentals (classification, generation, evaluation metrics,
etc.).
Experience with building agentic systems - advantage
