We're looking for a data -driven, process-oriented IT Excellence Analyst to join our global IT team.

Responsibilities include:
Driving continuous improvement and process optimization-
Supporting Kaizen events and root cause analysis-
Monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities-
Analyzing operational data and generating insights-
Ensuring process governance and documentation-
Supporting training and change management initiatives-

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Professional fluency in English both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical and strategic content clearly across global teams.
Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in IT operations, business analysis, or process improvement.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
Experience with enterprise IT systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI ).
