What Youll Be Doing
Championing a DevOps mindset by identifying friction points and implementing scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.
Operating and optimizing our production environments, using infrastructure as code and leveraging modern observability tools.
Fostering a culture of self-service in R&D by building intuitive internal tools and enabling teams to own their operational workflows.
Leading the deployment lifecycle end-to-endfrom architectural design to hands-on implementationacross multiple regions and environments.
Our company and team spirit foster an environment that encourages taking initiative, being open to new ideas, and doing it in style!

Requirements:
Experience with 2+ years as a DevOps/SRE/Production Engineer.
Experience with Production workloads running on public cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS)
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
In-depth knowledge of build/release systems, CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions/, GitLab/Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo rollouts.
Knows their way around infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt.
Scripting/programming skills with Bash/Python/Go.
Familiarity and implementation knowledge with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Victoria Metrics & Prometheus.
Experience with zero trust security solutions, we dont like VPNs ;-)
Team player mentality, we challenge each other technically in an empowering and positive way in order to reach the best possible outcomes for our team & the company.
An innovative approach with the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
An ability to understand constraints and challenge everything in our technology stack.
