Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of the companys business products.
Manage a team of developers and QA engineers in an agile environment, supporting their professional growth and development.
Drive technical features from design through implementation and code review.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success to ensure delivery of high-quality, valuable products to our customers.
Own and promote architectural best practices across the companys business services.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a team lead..
4+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
Proven experience designing logical business features for high-scale production environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience integrating and leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes such as coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and system design.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and Spring Boot.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams and departments.
Nice to have
Experience as a software architecture.
Leading quality assurance engineers.
Background in Fintech.
Experience in a B2B2C company model.
Hands-on leadership of the full software development lifecycle of a SaaS product, aligning engineering with product goals and delivering timely, high-quality releases
