Were looking for an exceptional Legal Intelligence Group Leader to lead the strategy and growth of our CEP (Consumer & Environmental Protection) group. This is a senior, hands-on role that blends leadership, execution, management and vision. Youll be responsible for making sure all moving parts - teams, processes, priorities and the market work in sync. That means building and optimizing workflows, nurturing strong team leadership, and setting your people up for success through clear problem-solving frameworks and effective communication. Youll also act as the connective tissue between CEP and key stakeholders across revenue, sales, R&D, and product, ensuring alignment and momentum. Just as critically, youll engage directly with the market to surface new opportunities and help scale the groups impact, shaping how delivers justice at scale.
Requirements:
Legal education (LLB required; advanced degrees are an advantage)
3+ years of hands-on managerial experience
Hands-on experience in a data-driven or tech-oriented position
Proven experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership skills
Background in web intelligence / data analysis / product management

Experience building and scaling teams or functions from the ground up
Familiarity with legal data analysis, investigations, or AI-powered tools
