Job Description:
Performance Marketing: Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
Client Management: Lead and manage client relationships, be accountable for your clients portfolio, ability to act as a consultative agent to clients.
People Management: Manage a small team of performance marketing Account Managers and Account Strategists.

Requirements:
B.A / B.Sc. or equivalent degree a must. MBA - an advantage.
2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with relevant digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
Experience working with global clients in the online advertising industry an advantage.
At least 1 year of management experience - a must
High level of analytical skills and hands on experience with power BI, Big Query, Lookr Studio or similar tools- preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills: being a natural leader, able to drive people, be driven by insights and results.
Multitasker, organized with attention to details and a real problem solver.
Fluent in English & Hebrew
