our company's Threat Prevention group is looking for an excellent Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the productization of Generative AI (GenAI) Security Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity at the intersection of artificial intelligence and enterprise security. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple product units and R&D teams across the organization to deliver cutting-edge, AI-driven security capabilities that align with our companys vision and strategy.
This position requires a combination of strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for defining and building integrations with multiple security products and platforms, ensuring our GenAI solutions provide comprehensive and scalable protection across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will
Be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding the business needs and GenAI ecosystem across various industries.
Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories.
Work closely with R&D teams to prioritize and implement features that align with roadmap goals.
Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and early validation efforts with customers and field teams.
Lead cross-functional efforts with UX, PM peers, R&D, support, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance, market trends, and evolving threat landscapes to iterate and optimize the offering.
This position requires a combination of strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. Requirements:
Desired Background
2+ years of experience as a technical product manager in cybersecurity, AI, networking, or enterprise software domains.
Solid knowledge of cyber threat landscape, especially in the context of emerging AI risks such as data leakage, model exploitation, etc.
Familiarity with GenAI technologies and architectures (LLMs, prompt engineering, etc.).
Experience working on cross-product integrations and building solutions that scale across large product portfolios.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in fast-paced environments.
Strong technical background in enterprise-grade products and understanding of secure software development practices.
Demonstrated experience working across R&D, Product, Sales, Support, and Executives in a matrixed environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldor equivalent practical experience.
Required Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Independent, self-motivated, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
