About the Position
looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist as maternity leave replacment for ~6 months, to join our HR Team.
This position would be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

Requirements:
At leaset 2 years of experience in all recruitment aspects.
Expereince hiring for R&D positions- a must.
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
Expertise with modern recruitment tools and methodologies, including Linkedin sourcing and different AI tools.
Hands-on experience with managing full cycle recruiting processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Experience working with Comeet system- a big plus
