In this role, you will lead and design our main quality initiatives across the entire organization, provide quality-focused technical leadership to developer teams, and improve our products.
As a QA Tech Lead at our company you will...
Work closely with hundreds of developers and Quality Engineers from different organizations in the company to better understand the main issues and bottlenecks across multiple platforms and cloud providers, including on-prem installations
Research the effect of every change on the system and its behavior, from the development stage to release and production
Perform hands-on work on new, complex cross-interacting features in the company's platform and modifications to existing ones, including research, test plan development, reviews, and approvals
Serve as the focal point for quality for cross-developed products at our company
Closely interact with developers, automation, and support engineers about customer production issues.

Requirements:
6+ years experience in Quality
3+ years of leading cross-platform tech activities
Broad experience with testing complex systems, inc. analysis and research
Practical hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker
Understanding of industry best practices and proven ability to define automation practices & guidelines, design the integration and end-to-end test procedures
Experience in writing scripts and assistance tools for data analysis advantage
Ability to take ownership using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6+ years experience in Quality
3+ years of leading cross-platform tech activities
Broad experience with testing complex systems, inc. analysis and research
Practical hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker
