we are looking for a highly motivated R&D Project Manager Officer to join our growing team.
Role Summary:
As an R&D Project Manager Officer , youll manage a portfolio of innovative, mission-critical R&D projects. Youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution, from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end R&D project lifecycles
Develop project plans, track budgets and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders
Promote process improvements and innovation

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana
Fluent English; Hebrew an advantage
Preferred:
Experience in OT, cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure
PMP certification or Agile experience
Experience working with global teams
