we are seeking a talented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing IT systems to meet business needs. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the end-to-end development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
* Write functional and technical specifications (High-Level & Detailed Design)
* Understand and map complex business processes
* Collaborate with development, QA, integration, and architecture teams
* Support projects from initiation to implementation
* Identify process gaps and organizational solutions
* Provide ongoing support post-implementation
* Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
* Write functional and technical specifications (High-Level & Detailed Design)
* Understand and map complex business processes
* Collaborate with development, QA, integration, and architecture teams

* At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
* Proven experience in requirements gathering and specification writing
* Strong understanding of complex business and technical processes
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders
* Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively
* Relevant academic background Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems advantage
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies advantage Personal Skills:
* Fast and independent learner
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and structured work approach
* Ability to lead and drive processes forward
Requirements:
