We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Manager with a strong design background to lead the development of user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UI / UX design, a deep understanding of design tools, and a proactive approach to product ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and Framer.
Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously improve product features.
Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements.
Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Prioritize features and manage backlogs while ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong background in UI / UX design with proficiency in Figma and Framer.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
High level of initiative and independent thinking.
Native-level English proficiency.
Experience in startup or agile environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience launching consumer-facing products.
Basic knowledge of HTML /CSS or design-to-development handoff tools.
Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Background in startups or design-first environments.
