Responsibilities:

* Guide bookkeeping team to meet timeline and accuracy
* Month closing process, including consolidation and in-depth gross profit analyses
* Monthly analytical review and periodically reconciliations preparation
* Verify compliance with corporate accounting procedures and policies
* Preparing and review of annual financial statements & tax return filing for multiple subsidiaries
* Work with the external auditors
* Work with global team and stakeholders
* Support and lead the financial aspects of different cross-functional Ad-Hoc projects.
