we are a global leader in innovative satellite communications, tracking, and airborne communications solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.
The role involves managing and tracking procurement orders from both local and international suppliers from initial approval through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of procurement orders, including order confirmation, delivery tracking, and exception handling
Close coordination with suppliers in Israel and abroad to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components
Maintaining accurate and reliable procurement data in the ERP system (Priority)
Monitoring and updating delivery schedules; prioritizing urgent items as needed
Conducting regular supplier evaluations and occasional site visits
Supporting resolution of procurement issues and proactively reporting delays or deviations
Collaborating closely with planners and internal teams to align supply with operational needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Experience working with Priority ERP an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and assertiveness
Previous experience in a similar procurement/supply chain role required
Valid drivers license required
