As a Facilities Specialist, you will:
Monitor and enforce daily cleaning routines in all office zones
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure tasks have been completed to expected standards
Coordinate with morning and evening cleaning shifts to cover both surface cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks
Support training of cleaning staff on equipment use, protocols and standards
Manage the maintenance of gym, showers and cafeteria equipment
Manage the maintenance of office supply and printing station inventory
Full event coordination from A to Z ensuring space cleanliness and setup, AV/VC functionality and refreshments.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in facilities operations or workplace services
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, detail-driven approach
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
It would be great if you also have:
Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
A Bachelors degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
