As a Compliance Counsel, you will:
Serve as a key driver of compliance, working closely with multiple teams to ensure adherence to legal requirements
Provide expert advice and support in compliance assessments, readiness, outreach and training
Review, draft and negotiate customer and partner contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with Company policies and objectives.

Requirements:
At least of 3 years experience in the field of compliance and regulations, including complex diligence reviews and managing internal compliance programs
Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating organizational awareness, sensitivity, accessibility, trustworthiness and independence
Excellent organizational skills, project management abilities, multitasking proficiency, a problem solver and a strong focus on execution
Fluent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing a must
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in internal investigations and litigations in the defense industry.
