A leading company in the Haifa area is looking for a NOC Team Leader
Main Responsibilities:
Lead a professional NOC team in shifts and manage the team on-site, including responsibility for monitoring, identifying and solving faults, and.managing cross-functional projects
Provide technical support and interface with advanced technologies in the market, service over various infrastructures and platforms: WEB, WIN, and LINUX environments.
Manage operational activities with external and internal parties, including a key role as a focal point in system tests.
Improve work procedures and optimize system monitoring and control.

Proven ability to lead and promote processes in a dynamic environment.
High-level technical ability, including management and mentoring of shift teams.
Previous experience in leading a NOC team a significant advantage.
Proven experience working with monitoring and control tools advantage.
High-level troubleshooting and fault-resolution skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, high service awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Experience working in Linux environments an advantage.
Proven ability to lead and promote processes in a dynamic environment.
High-level technical ability, including management and mentoring of shift teams.
Previous experience in leading a NOC team a significant advantage.
Proven experience working with monitoring and control tools advantage.
