Legal Advisor

we are looking for an excellent and talented legal advisor who is execution-oriented, ambitious and has an enabler attitude, to join our legal department in Park Naimi, Or Yehuda Mesubim junction.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating wide range of commercial agreements, including service, distribution, contracting, consulting, vendor, logistics,

procurement, real estate, software/IT etc.

- Supporting AudioCodes various business activities and objectives.

- Providing commercial legal advice to the company and its stakeholders.

- Implementing and supporting internal governance policies, regularly monitor compliance and privacy legal matters.

- Develop a strong understanding of the companys business and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to the

business units.

- Manage legal aspects of the subsidiaries of the company

- Handle world-wide employment contracts and other formal HR processes

- Develop a growing body of legal documentation to support corporate strategy across global subsidiaries

- assist in public company corporate requirements such as drafting and filling of reports, holding board and shareholders meetings, etc.
