Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform supports business goals, drives efficiency, and delivers value

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects: planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Compliance to gather requirements and define project scope
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations
Ensure data integrity, system security, and platform scalability
Promote adoption and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce automation

Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce projects
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, flows)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant) – an advantage
Experience in SaaS or tech companies – a plus
Familiarity with third-party cloud solutions such as DealHub, Titan – an advantage
