Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate and experienced R&D Team Lead to join our growing team, reporting directly to the VP R&D.
As a Team Lead, youll drive the development of our core web applications, shaping the experience of our customers and impacting our product directly. Youll manage and mentor a team of three developers, both local and remote, while maintaining a strong hands-on approach. Youll collaborate closely with our data team and lead the entire development lifecycle.

What Youll be Doing:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of our web application end-to-end
Manage and mentor a team of 3 developers, fostering ownership, technical growth, and team collaboration
Maintain the right balance between hands-on coding and technical leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and DevOps
Own the professional and personal development of the team
Run bi-weekly sprints and manage quarterly planning
Contribute to product planning and feature design
Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain the performance and stability of the system
