A NASDAQ-listed public investment firm specializing in defense-sector companies is seeking a Global CFO to lead internal operations, oversee finance, legal, and compliance functions, and manage strategic processes across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve internal operations: budgeting, controls, and key projects
Manage finance, legal, and regulatory reporting
Collaborate with portfolio companies leadership and support strategic decision-making
Maintain relationships with external advisors, partners, and suppliers
Take part in executive forums and corporate strategy
