As the Head of IT Data and Gen AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Amdocs’s data strategy and driving innovation through artificial intelligence across our business ecosystems. You’ll lead a dynamic team of data scientists, and analysts, ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions across the organization, transforming data into actionable insights, all while aligning with business needs and strategic vision.

What will your job look like?

Data strategy and governance

Lead and execute a visionary data strategy aligned with Amdocs’s business objectives.
Translate business aspirations into data realities - turn initiatives of predictive analytics, customer insights, employee experiences, and more into practical and impactful data solutions.
Play a pivotal role in establishing robust data governance policies, focusing on ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, safeguarding Amdocs data assets with precision and diligence.

AI and Machine Learning Leadership

Define the overarching strategic vision for Gen AI and machine learning initiatives within Amdocs IT and chart the course toward intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized experiences.
Explore and harness the power of AI across our data-driven landscape and promote innovative gen AI-based solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders and effectively communicate the value of data-driven insights and empower strategic decision-making across the organization.

Team Management and Development

Take the leading and mentoring of a high-performing team of data analysts professionals.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, where every team member contributes to the collective expertise .
All you need is...
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
Proven experience as senior Data lead with expertise in AI/MI program, BI, unified taxonomy and glossary within a global organization
Demonstrated experience in driving technology innovation
Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology in alignment with business goals
Transformation and Organizational Change management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
