were looking for a Senior Full Stack Team Leader to head the R&D team building this core product. Youll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead a full-stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform

Architect and build high-scale, data-centric web systems

Be a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forward

Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams.

Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability

Requirements:
5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years leading dev teams
Strong backend chops (Python a must), microservices mindset
Comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL
Passion for building products that drive business value
Great communicator, proactive leader, clean coder
3 years experience in Python development .
Advantage:

Advantage -Experience with React ( or Angular/ Vue.js) and frontend architecture
Advantage - working in scale with big amounts of Data.
