Software Architect Expert

We are looking for a Software Architect Expert to join our Architecture group and take a leading role in shaping our cutting-edge digital intelligence solutions. with a primary focus on Pathfinder our flagship investigative analytics platform. In this position, you will define, design, and guide the implementation of complex system architectures across a suite of highly scalable and secure cloud-based products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology alignment and ensure architectural excellence across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of Pathfinders system architecture- spanning complex on-premise deployments and distributed cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and security teams to align technology vision with business needs.
Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.
Conduct deep design reviews, assess technical risks, and provide recommendations to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
Standardize architectural practices, frameworks, and patterns to enable efficient and consistent development across teams.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve our platforms and systems.
Document architectural decisions, design principles, and implementation guidelines.
Act as a mentor and technical authority for development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
