Handle import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations

Coordinate shipments, logistics schedules and delivery timelines.

Track and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods

Generate reports including shipping logs, backlog status, and weekly logistics KPIs

Manage invoicing, VAT assignment, and ensure records are accurately maintained in the ERP system (Priority)

Monitor inventory movement related to import/export activities

Collaborate with internal departments (Supply chain, procurement, warehousing, service teams) to align logistics workflows

Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, Import / Export - Must

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade compliance, and Incoterms

Experience working with ERP systems (Priority)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
