As a Line Technologist, youll be responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, solving line issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor and beyond. Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Real-Time support for process deviations and production challenges
* Accompany and coach production teams throughout daily operations
* Support product development trials and scale-up processes
* Optimize batch sheets, process documentation, and reporting flows
* Validate and maintain process parameters and control limits
* Analyze line performance and recurring issues, and lead long-term solutions
* Initiate and implement changes to improve production efficiency and consistency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Product
* Work primarily on the production floor (70%), combined with office-based activities (30%)

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role mandatory Experience in a manufacturing environment in the food or pharmaceutical industry mandatory B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering mandatory Strong process leadership skills Proven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to train and transfer process knowledge to operations teams Proactive mindset, systems thinking, and strong technical understanding Strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to work intensively on the production floor
