We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our DLP team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software that identifies and protects sensitive data. You will primarily write Python code, with occasional C++ development, to create robust and efficient DLP classifiers. You will conduct independent research and seek information to support the classification.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python and C++ code for identifying sensitive data.
Conduct online research to support the development of DLP classifiers.
Create DLP classifiers based on dictionaries, regular expressions, code and AI.
Innovate and think outside the box to enhance DLP capabilities.
Explore and implement AI-based classification techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DLP solutions into Forcepoint's product suite.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proven proficiency in Python with at least 3 years of experience.
Experience with C++ is a plus.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
Ability to conduct thorough online research and apply findings to software development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
