Perform local communication on new contracts
Lead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the Group guidelines.
Analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations and possible Innovation
Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies
Lead negotiations with the Suppliers in order to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI)
Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers
Build and maintain supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time
Manage overall performance of administration activities, ensuring service level and process and policy compliance

Requirements:
Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science or similar) requested
A least 2 years of experience working in procurement
Successful track record and development potential
Working experience in a cross-cultural environment in a matrix organization preferable
Previous experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is a plus
Hebrew & advanced proficiency in English
Mastering procurement techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management
Knowledge of Indirect categories
