Were looking for a Product Development Manager to lead three development teams and align their work with our business goals.

This is a non-technical leadership roleperfect for someone who understands tech but focuses on strategy, outcomes, and people.

What Youll Do:
- Translate the business strategy into clear development goals
- Manage and mentor team leads
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure dev work supports company needs
- Act as a bridge between business and tech teams
- Improve workflows and team performance

Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in executing ideas into action
