Required Algorithm Team Lead
In your role as an Algorithm Team Leader as part of our Storage Algorithm Group, you will lead a team of Algorithm Engineers who are developing best-in-class DSP algorithms, which are embedded in almost all of our products. You will lead the team in all managerial and technical aspects and will serve as a driving force for innovation and execution. Your responsibilities will further include representing the team and ensuring efficient cross-functional cooperation with other groups within as well as with third parties. Description:
Lead a team of algorithm engineers through theoretical and practical research aimed at implementing advanced algorithms in FW and ASIC.
Ensure efficient execution of tasks within development cycles in coordination with other teams.
Represent the team in cross-functional forums, management meetings and technical discussions with third parties.
Lead problem resolution and debugging that occur during testing and mass production while cooperating with other groups in the organization.
Drive innovation by introducing novel algorithms and contributing to IP generation.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience managing small R&D teams
Strong technical background in DSP, storage, or communication algorithms
Results-driven leader with excellent multitasking skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in complex organizations
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Independent and self-motivated with proven creative and critical thinking skills
MSc or PhD in EE an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
