We are seeking an experienced Database Team Leader with a broad background in the data domain and a proven track record of leading high-performing global teams. This pivotal role is part of the Data department, where you will contribute to critical business decision-making and support complex financial processes, including reporting to NASDAQ. Your leadership will play a key role in driving data excellence and supporting the strategic objectives of the company on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects and sprints, adjusting to evolving priorities and business needs.
Assign tasks effectively, ensuring optimal distribution based on team capabilities and priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the team, overseeing their professional growth and training programs.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
Drive the development of reporting strategies, focusing on proactive monitoring and performance optimization.
Enhance financial reporting processes to support Merchants Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition, and Quarter Closing (NASDAQ).
Lead the Snowflake migration, creating and implementing a comprehensive plan with a focus on architecture, data preparation, and team training.

In-depth knowledge of data structures, schema standards, and best practices.
Proven ability to address and resolve complex analytical challenges for clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
