We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our primarily data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of data-focused products that empower our teams, enhance decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities. From shaping data roadmaps to delivering impactful analytics solutions, you will play a central role in transforming how data informs and drives our organization.
Strategic Vision: Envision long-term solutions and anticipate future data needs.
Insights and Analytics: Translate complex data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, trends, and engagement metrics.
Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage customer data to map and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints.
Data Quality and Governance: Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Customer data unification: manage data deduplication, identity resolution, and profile stitching to create a unified view for customers taking into account the business needs.
Technical Proficiency: Understand the technical landscape of data monitoring and analytics tools.
Execution Focus: Drive product functionality to completion with a results-oriented attitude.
Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment across business and technical teams.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in analytics or data-driven SaaS products.
Proven expertise in developing data monitoring, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization techniques, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.

5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in analytics or data-driven SaaS products.
