We are a fast-growing video technology company empowering publishers and advertisers with cutting-edge monetization and content solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on backend Developer team leader with strong
leadership skills and a deep understanding of AWS infrastructure to construct and expand
our platform's essential infrastructure. Youll be responsible for designing, managing,
developing, and maintaining backend systems that are secure, scalable, and optimized for
performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of our backend Team
Build, develop and monitor highly scalable backend services and APIs
Construct system architectures prioritizing performance and security
Work closely with Front-End teams, product, and operations to launch new
functionalities

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
Advanced knowledge of AWS-based system architecture
Experience in management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mentorship
Proficiency in PHP or GO
Experience designing and scaling backend systems in a production environment
Strong understanding of system design, API architecture, and database management
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
