One of the fastest-growing premium cannabis and hemp DTC brands in the U.S. is hiring a full-time DTC General Manager to lead and scale our Shopify business.
In this role, youll take full ownership of strategy and execution across all key areas: paid media, email/SMS marketing, CRO, Affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, UX, and fulfillment. You'll be fully accountable for driving growth and performance across the entire DTC funnel.

Manage Shopify backend site UX
Coordinate 3PL, fulfillment CX
Work with creatives on drops campaigns
Requirements:
Scaled a Shopify DTC brand past $1M/month
Strong in Meta, Google, Klaviyo
Launched Affiliate /MLM programs
Fluent in CAC, LTV, margins, payback windows
Fast-moving, independent, results-driven
