A leading technological company is looking for an EMC Radio Group manager.
Direct all EMC Radio group activities and assets including testing, technical writing and certification, TEST equipment and TEST procedures
Train and motivate the groups TEST engineers and technical writers
Oversee clients TEST and certification projects per international CE, FCC, Military standards
Lead internal processes to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service such as TEST automation, introduction of new technologies and HR development

Requirements:
B.Sc in Electronics
At least 3 years experience in management of at least 10 engineers/technicians in TEST lab / design verification team / development team
Work experience in Radio/ RF /Microwave field
Knowledge of EMC Radio TEST standards - preferred
Good interpersonal skills
Client-oriented
Excellent English
