Key Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate a robust portfolio of foundation and individual donors and prospects Lead the institutional donor prospecting process through comprehensive research on potential foundation partners. Proposal Writing Reporting Coordinate with the finance team to develop project budgets, financial reports, and compliance Strategic Partnership
Database Management: Maintain thorough tracking in salesforce of all donor and prospect activities
The successful candidate will be strongly aligned with the mission of advancing an equal and shared society.
English and Hebrew fluency; Arabic is a plus but not necessary
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in nonprofit development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with salesforce or similar CRM systems
