We are looking for a Development Team Leader who is:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining a close relationship with users
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures
Solve complex problems with innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
Strong business and product understanding
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture
Practical experience with production systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Minimum 7 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java
Experience with React and Oracle
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
Strong business and product understanding
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture
Practical experience with production systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Minimum 7 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java
Experience with React and Oracle
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
