We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Localization Manager to join us. In this role, you will lead the localization process across multiple titles, ensuring that our Avatar world game resonates with players worldwide, not just linguistically, but also culturally.
Youll manage all localization efforts, from planning and execution to qulity assurance, while working closely with product, marketing, and development teams.
Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end localization of game content, UI, and marketing assets across multiple languages and regions
Collaborate with translation vendors, to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain localization guidelines, style guides, and glossaries
Work closely with developers to integrate localized content
Ensure localization delivery meets quality, cultural relevance, and deadlines
Manage localization tools and workflows

3+ years of experience in localization management (preferably in gaming or tech)
Native-level English or equivalent fluency; additional languages an advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with localization platforms
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Passion for games and understanding of global gaming communities
