We are seeking for a Privacy and Compliance Officer (DPO) We are looking for a skilled Privacy and Compliance Officer (DPO) to lead privacy governance, manage cybersecurity projects, and advise clients on regulatory compliance and data protection. This role requires strong expertise in Israeli privacy regulations, cybersecurity project management, and client-facing consulting. A full-time hybrid position, based in Northern Israel (Kiryat Shmona). Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive privacy programs in accordance with Israeli privacy laws.
* Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, including coordination of cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
* Provide direct consultation to clients, including senior stakeholders, on complex privacy and security solutions.
* Oversee the implementation and enforcement of privacy and cybersecurity standards, both methodologically and technologically.
* Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive privacy programs in accordance with Israeli privacy laws.
* Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, including coordination of cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
* Provide direct consultation to clients, including senior stakeholders, on complex privacy and security solutions.
* Oversee the implementation and enforcement of privacy and cybersecurity standards, both methodologically and technologically.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in information security, DPO roles, and/or GRC consulting mandatory.
* Proven experience conducting cybersecurity and privacy risk assessments and providing remediation recommendations strong advantage.
* In-depth knowledge of standards, regulations, and methodologies in information security and privacy protection such as ISO27001, GDPR.
* Familiarity and hands-on experience (at least at maintenance level) with the following technologies: Firewall, Email Security Systems, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for endpoints and servers.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience working with senior decision-makers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
* High initiative, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in information security, DPO roles, and/or GRC consulting mandatory.
