Business Growth & Media Strategy Lead

Were looking for a driven and strategic Content Vertical Lead to take the reins of a complex and high-impact media buying and mass content operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in publisher-side marketing and a deep understanding of how data, tech, and business goals align.
Youll be at the heart of our internal processescollaborating closely with data scientists, developers, product managers, and external partnerswhile also overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a sophisticated marketing infrastructure. This role demands both operational excellence and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full scope of our Content Vertical operation - from marketing, content, engineering and growth.
Own the Consumer Business Line P&L, ensuring profitability and alignment with company-wide financial goals.
Become a focal point and foster collaboration and alignment across heterogenic teams - R&D, data, product, media acquisition, and BI
Help create and oversee multiple concurrent tests on monetization, acquisition, and product experiences.
Oversee the end-to-end process of taking features and initiatives into production.
Drive the expansion of resources by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to support future growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
