pre-sales engineer
we're looking for a talented pre-sales engineer to join our team and play a critical role in driving technical engagements and delivering tailored solutions to our global customers.
responsibilities:
collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized, value-driven solutions
deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations showcasing our capabilities and technologies
provide deep technical expertise and guidance, addressing specific client.

Requirements:
act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help customers enhance their operations
work hand-in-hand with the product development team to incorporate customer feedback and improve offerings
support the sales team in preparing proposals, rfps, and rfis
assist with post-sale activities, including product implementation and customer onboarding
requirements:
strong technical background with deep understanding of broadcasting, video, tv, streaming, and cloud technologies
proven experience working with international customers
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time on short notice to meet with clients and attend industry events
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
full proficiency in english, both written and spoken.
