Coro is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced FP&A Manager to join our fast-growing FP&A team.
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven FP&A Manager to lead revenue-focused financial planning and analysis. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, Sales, RevOps, and Accounting, with a strong emphasis on revenue modelling & forecasting, ARR analytics, and top-line performance insights.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys building scalable financial models, and brings strategic thinking alongside strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Forecasting & Analysis
Build, maintain, and enhance revenue forecasting and top-line reporting models (Revenue, ARR, Collections, Churn & additional business KPIs).
Perform detailed budget vs. actual analysis, investigate key variances, and identify underlying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to analyze pipeline dynamics, conversion metrics, and revenue performance trends.
Analyze company’s COGS structure, identifying inefficiencies points and driving efficiency processes.
Develop analytical frameworks to support revenue growth and improve forecasting accuracy.
Support annual planning and quarterly re-forecast processes with a strong focus on top-line projections.
Business Partnering & Strategic Finance
Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales and GTM leadership.
Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support pricing, growth initiatives, and strategic decisions.
Deliver actionable insights to senior management and external stakeholders.
Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing revenue performance and forward-looking outlook.
Continuously improve reporting processes, data integrity, and financial automation.
Reporting & Financial Support
Assist in key month-end activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue reporting.
Own recurring revenue analytics and performance tracking.
Provide ongoing decision-support analysis to cross-functional stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive financial analysis as needed.
Skills and Experience:
4–6 years of FP&A, Revenue Finance, or Sales Finance experience, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, revenue recognition, and pipeline coverage.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field from a leading university.
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills – required.
Experience working with Salesforce / HubSpot (SFDC) or similar CRM systems – strong advantage.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and/or SQL – advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
